CITY CENTER ALLENTOWN IS NOW PRELEASING UPSCALE STRATA SYMPHONY APARTMENTS, OPENING DECEMBER 2017 IN DOWNTOWN ALLENTOWN

City Center Investment Corp., the real estate development company whose major mixed-use development, City Center Allentown, is revitalizing downtown Allentown, Pennsylvania, announced today it is preleasing and accepting deposits for STRATA Symphony, its upscale 71-unit apartment building under construction at Sixth and Linden streets. Thirteen units in STRATA Symphony have already been preleased and several others are in the process. The building plans to welcome its first residents Dec. 15, 2017, and will be completed in March 2018. STRATA Symphony joins City Center’s 170-unit STRATA West and 67-unit STRATA East, both of which are currently fully leased. 
 
Designed by WRT Architects, the $22 million STRATA Symphony will include studio and one- and two-bedroom units as well as 12 two-story lofts with private rooftop decks. The 147,000-square-foot pet-friendly building is five stories tall and will include a resident lounge and an outdoor patio with a fire pit and grill. The building’s residents will also have access to the amenities at STRATA East, which include a private dog park, a dog wash, a theater room and a game room, and those at STRATA West, which include a rooftop deck, a fitness center, a green courtyard and a resident lounge with shuffleboard and pool tables. All STRATA residents receive a complimentary membership to the Allentown Art Museum and can join the state-of-the-art LVHN Fitness at One City Center for only $20 per month, as opposed to the standard $55 per month fee.
 
Located next to Miller Symphony Hall, STRATA Symphony will include a 106-space underground parking garage and two drop-off zones for Allentown arts community patrons to utilize. The building will feature one retail storefront and a main entrance at Sixth Street and the ArtsWalk, which City Center is enhancing with new landscaping and hardscaping, including benches.

STRATA Symphony’s apartments will range in size from 580 square feet for studio units to 1,300 square feet for two-bedroom units. Rent will range from $1,035 to $1,995 per month. The units will feature nine-foot ceilings, oversized windows, quartz kitchen and bathroom counters, stainless steel Energy Star® appliances, full-sized stackable washers and dryers, and city- or courtyard-view terraces. STRATA properties also offer onsite professional management, maintenance and concierge services.
