CITY CENTER RESIDENTIAL IS NOW PRELEASING APARTMENTS IN THE GALLERY AT CITYPLACE IN DOWNTOWN WEST

City Center Residential announced today it is preleasing apartments in The Gallery at Cityplace, the developer’s 13th residential building in downtown Allentown. Set to open in February 2023, The Gallery is a 107-unit building at 932 Hamilton St. in the district now known as Downtown West. 

The Gallery offers studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments as well as three storefronts on Hamilton Street. At nearly 114,000 square feet, the building provides coworking space, a resident lounge, a pup park, and a large rooftop deck.

Residents of The Gallery will also have access to the amenities in the other Cityplace residential communities in the 900 block of Hamilton Street, Cityplace to the east and The NINES to the west. New widened sidewalks, generous lighting, public art, and landscaping will enhance residents’ experience in Downtown West.

 The Gallery will provide 24/7 monitored surveillance and controlled access, Wi-Fi in the common areas, and storage for bikes and personal items. The property will also offer onsite professional management, 24/7 emergency maintenance, and concierge services, including pet walking.
