City Center Residential is now preleasing Center Square Lofts East, Opening October 2020 in Downtown Allentown

City Center Residential announced today it is preleasing and accepting deposits for Center Square Lofts East, a 169-unit luxury residential building at 7th and Walnut streets in downtown Allentown. The 5-story building is scheduled to open in October 2020.

Designed by JDavis Architects, the pet-friendly building includes studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments, with the first-floor apartments along 7th Street having walk-up access. Premier amenities will include the first elevated outdoor pool and toddler playroom in a downtown Allentown residential community, along with a clubroom with a fireplace and a courtyard with a grill and swings. The amenities will be shared by residents of the 95-unit Center Square Lofts West, which opened last year and is fully leased. The East and West communities will be connected by an enclosed pedestrian bridge spanning Hall Street.

Center Square Lofts East will also feature a 6,000-square-foot public plaza that spills out onto Center Square at 7th and Hamilton streets.

The building will provide a locker system for delivered cold groceries and packages, bike and personal storage, connected parking, 24/7 monitored surveillance and controlled access. The property will also offer onsite professional management, maintenance and concierge services, including pet walking and pet sitting.

Monthly rent for studio apartments will start at $1,200, one-bedroom apartments will start at $1,300 and two-bedroom apartments will start at $1,600. All Center Square Lofts East residents will receive a complimentary membership to the Allentown Art Museum and discounts at LVHN Fitness, The Baum School of Art, Miller Symphony Hall and downtown retailers and restaurants.

City Center Residential welcomed its first residents to Cityplace, site of the former Holiday Inn in downtown Allentown, during the first week of July 2020.
