ESSA BANK & TRUST LEASES SPACE IN TOWER 6

City Center Investment Corp., the real estate development company revitalizing downtown Allentown, Pennsylvania, announced today ESSA Bank & Trust has signed a lease for retail and office space in Tower 6. The Class A building at Sixth and Hamilton streets, which is in the final stage of construction, will officially open May 3, 2018. 

ESSA will open a bank branch and multi-purpose office in Tower 6 in August 2018, occupying most of the space on the ground floor of the building. The branch will offer full-service banking while the office will support all the bank’s lines of business serving the greater Lehigh Valley. 

“We’re excited to expand our presence in the Lehigh Valley and join the many businesses that have contributed to the revitalization of downtown Allentown,” said June Webre, ESSA Lehigh Valley regional president. 

Constructed of steel and glass, Tower 6 stands 180 feet tall, offering active street views from floors two through five and 360-degree views from floors six through 12. Tenants of the 145,000-square-foot building will include Merrill Lynch, Avantor, Talen, CAPTRUST, CrossAmerica Partners, NJR Energy Services and fedRFP.

Less than 10,000 square feet of space remain available in Tower 6. The space can be leased in its entirety or divided to as small as 1,800 square feet, making it suitable for companies sized at five to 60 employees.
